According to Anagram Research’s report, if nothing untoward happens in Europe, a recovery after initial fall should be a good place for traders to build long positions through Call options.
Anagram Research’s report:Global Financial markets were crumbling like there is no tomorrow. Stocks around the globe fell on mounting concerns over recession in global economy. US markets had a good bounce back in last hour, and it looks good for a decent bounce technically though fundamental concerns remain. Overnight interest rates have shot up and yields from government securities are still very low, suggesting problems are not yet over.
Back home, SEBI’s action on removing ban on ODI’s through PN will facilitate inflow of Indian money stashed abroad, but it remains to be seen what kind of appetite is left with these entities in an environment where Dollar is strengthening. RBI’s surprised CRR rate cut is directed more towards credit markets and unlikely to have a major impact on our markets. If nothing untoward happens in Europe, a recovery after initial fall should be a good place for traders to build long positions through Call options.
